Shipment Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Please note that during periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience.

 

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times:

Please allow for extended delivery times during and around US holidays.

Shipping Address Changes:

 

To change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at 512-521-2274 or email support@atxmedicalsupply.com with your updated address.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

 

Shipping Restrictions:

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Expedited shipping options are not available at this time.

 

Damaged, Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages:

If your order is lost or missing during transit, please contact us at support@atxmedicalsupply.com or call 512-521-2274.

We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package.

If the shipping carrier confirms that your package is lost, ATX Medical Supply will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Returns:

Once the returned items are received and inspected, and the return is approved, ATX Medical Supply will credit your account.

Exchanges:

ATX Medical Supply does not offer direct exchanges. Instead, customers should return the item for a refund and place a new order.
