Adults and children 6 years and older: Use 2 or 3 sprays in each nostril, no more than every 10 to 12 hours. Do not exceed 2 doses in 24 hours.
Children under 6 years: Consult a healthcare provider before use.

Instructions:

Blow your nose gently before using.
Insert the spray tip into one nostril, close the other nostril by pressing a finger against it.
Squeeze the bottle and inhale gently as you spray.
Repeat in the other nostril.
